I (Melissa Albright) am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer with additional specializations in Women’s Fitness and Youth Exercise. I am currently undertaking the coursework to add Sports Performance Enhancement to my growing list of specializations. As one of the assistant track coaches for the AAU Columbus Panthers, I will get to immediately put into practice the knowledge base that I am obtaining for the speed, agility and quickness training that I am undertaking. If you have a youth interested in track from the ages of 5-18, please contact me at 614/374-4154 so I can get information to you regarding the program.
Currently there are some available spots for personal training that I conduct out of Buckeye Fitness in Grove City Ohio. A few morning sessions along with some openings on the evenings of Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday are available. Contact me at 614/374-4154 via phone/text and I can get information to you regarding Buckeye Fitness (if you aren’t already a member), what the custom-tailored sessions for you would be like, and to answer any other questions you might have regarding how this training would be beneficial to you.
I have been down the road that many find themselves taking. Finding myself in my early 40’s and 35 pounds overweight, I was determined to make a large difference in my life as well as my family’s.
Now, Jim (my husband), Drake (12-year old son) and I continue our active lifestyle in many different ways and have come to embrace fitness as a family event. Last May Drake and I ran in the Greater Columbus Mother’s Day 5k and will be joined by Jim this year.
Please contact me if you wish to make some changes to or add a fitness routine. Today is the day that you need to consider investing in your body and mind – this investment will be the most important decision you make today. DESTROY WHAT DESTROYS YOU!
